During the final four sessions you will realise your true inner self, nurture your self compassion and self love using customised self coaching tools and strategies, and be ready to embrace your new life, to celebrate and continue your self development journey.

I have spent 20 years working alongside adults, listening, supporting, facilitating, training, leading, championing, coaching, mediating, and inspiring them to find a way to be better.

When I reached my forties, I became stuck in a daily pattern of self-disappointment and confusion. I couldn’t maintain relationships, struggled to parent how I wanted to, had trouble finding my vocation and felt like a boat lost out at sea, even though I was surrounded by people who loved me.

It was through coaching and self-coaching that I was able to make big decisions and turn my life around. I now wake up knowing how to trigger the mindset needed for the day ahead, and know what I need to do each day to get to an evening where I am rewarded both mentally and emotionally.

Setting the foundation for all future work, we review your life where it is now, using values, and strengths to develop self-awareness and build confidence thus realigning your identity. We will create a personal coaching plan to take us into the next stage.
